Hire Purpose Ltd. will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for — primarily, connecting candidates with job opportunities.
We only collect data that you provide directly to us — such as your contact details and CV.
In general:
Candidate CVs and contact details are retained for up to 3 years from your last contact with us (e.g. application, email, or call).
If you request removal of your data sooner, we will delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.
We may keep minimal records (e.g., name, email) for up to 6 years to comply with legal, tax, or safeguarding obligations.
